Ian Jones
Ian Jones has been working behind the scenes in a variety of positions for over 30 years. Starting his career as a Production Assistant working for ABC Television and April Films at just 17 years old, Ian has worked in every department that’s required for a successful production. He’s also worked closely with all facets of television (Network Contracts/Negations, Union Contracts/Negations, SAG Talent Contracts/Negations, International Filming /Customs/Working permits, etc.) Ian has assembled premium production teams from 25 to over 100 staff to create top rated, long running, creative programming for some of the most well known and beloved content on the screen.
Jared Wells
Jared started his film career as a ‘side job’ in his early 20’s, as a Talent Scout and Extras Casting Coordinator for nationally televised commercials and movies such as Office Space, Varsity Blues, and Double Jeopardy. During this time, and for the next 20 years, he managed and completed multi-million dollar projects for nearly half of the 50 Largest Multi-Family/Commercial Real Estate Companies in the United States. Now he’s bringing his Commercial Construction and Development experience back to film and television, managing Sequoia’s business administration, project portfolio, investor relations, and partnerships.
Michelle Mustard
Michelle has spent the last 20 years working in the entertainment business, both in front of and behind the camera. Her vast experience has helped her gain in-depth knowledge of managing small and large productions, creating exciting story telling, and maintaining a cohesive environment between networks and the production in the field. She has had the joy of working along side Ian Jones, creating thousands of hours of quality television programming on a variety of television series.
