From the moment Kay Woodcock sat before a hundred reporters in a tiny room in Rexburg, Idaho 3 years ago, and defiantly uttered, “Where are the kids, Lori?” filmmaker and Executive Producer Tiff Winton was there. With boots on the ground within 24 hours of local reporter Nate Eaton breaking the story from Hawaii, Tiff and her producing partner, Felicia Dewall, quickly bonded with the Woodcock’s and began shadowing them with a camera.
